SHANNON BYRNE SUSKO – President and CEO – is the former co-founder, President and CEO of Paradata Systems Inc. She has over 20 years of experience building technology platforms and technology companies for the financial services industry. In January 2006, Shannon led the sale of Paradata to Payment Processing Inc based in California.  She joined their team as Executive Vice-President of Product and Technology and remained until January 2009.  Prior to joining Paradata, she worked with her own software consulting firm, Embyr Consultants, as well as for Geovision, Siemens, DMR Group, and Statistics Canada. Shannon has a Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Science from Saint Mary’s University and a Masters of Computer Science from the Technical Unversity of Nova Scotia.

MICHAEL HAGERMAN – EVP Sales – is a seasoned executive who has served as Managing Director of Goepel McDermid (now Raymond James Canada), Executive Vice President of Research Capital, President/CEO of Primerica Canada, Managing Director of Deak International, Co-Founder/President of Uniglobe Travel International. He has an HBA/MBA from Richard Ivey School of Business where he served on the faculty and was a member of the Alumni Board of Directors.

MARTIN ORBACH – Director of Product – brings over 19 years of experience in brokerage and investment management to Subserveo. Martin has held positions at Bear Stearns, Wells Fargo and Flemings in compliance, sales trading, market-making and back office operations. Prior to Subserveo, Martin was Director of Financial Services Applications at Sun Microsystems, as well as a consultant to the financial software vendor industry, specializing in Canadian and US Regulatory Compliance, trading, execution and transaction settlements. Martin attended the University of South Africa and holds FINRA compliance and regulatory certifications.

CHRISTIAN COTICHINI – Chief Technology Officer – has spent his career creating and developing advanced technology systems that work. He founded Absolute Software, which went public in 2000 and is listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Christian served on the Absolute Board until 2008. In 1999, he founded MAKE Technologies which has developed a world leading software enabled system to help migrate large legacy systems from flat file, mainframes to modern service oriented architecture. Today he serves on the Board of MAKE Technologies. Christian is a member of Young Entrepreneurs Organizatiion.
